Submit the application form with the required FICA documents to BCI at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to (0)86 502 5319.
BCI are the fund administrators who handle the application and investment admin process. Their client services team can be contacted on +27 21 007 1500/1/2 | +2721 914 1880 if you have any questions relating to the investment application process.
For online access: If you would like online access to view or download statements and certificates, or to perform transactions such as purchases, redemptions and switches, please ensure that you tick the online access section of your application form under Section 1: Investor Details.
If you prefer to do an electronic/internet transfer or direct deposit, banking details will be provided to you once your application has been successfully processed (Step 2).
You will then be required to send through proof of payment. If you have elected a debit order or once off debit under method of payment, proceed to step 4.
A welcome pack will be forwarded to the email address provided in Section 1 of your application form within 2 business days once the investment has been finalised.
Thereafter you will have to download statements from BCI’s website (https://www.bcis.co.za/boutique-collective-investments/) by clicking on the LOGIN icon and logging in with your username and password which will be sent to you.
